Product and licensing data
Released SBS software may exchange the minimum information needed to validate a license, manage permitted device activations, check product status and provide update information. Do not enter confidential project information into licensing fields.
Purchases
Checkout and subscription processing are provided through Lemon Squeezy. Payment-card data is handled by the checkout provider rather than stored by the SBS website.
Support
If you contact support, information you voluntarily provide may be used to investigate the request. Support bundles should be reviewed before sharing if your environment contains information you do not want to disclose.
