Refund eligibility is considered with the digital nature of the product, access already provided, subscription status and applicable checkout-provider or consumer-law requirements.
Before purchase
Please review the supported Revit version, product description, pricing, device limit and available documentation before ordering.
Technical issues
If the software does not activate or run as described, contact support with the product version, Revit version and health-check information so the issue can be investigated.
Subscription cancellation
Subscription cancellation affects future billing according to the checkout provider's customer portal and the terms shown during purchase. Cancellation and refund are not the same action.
